'My love of Welsh weaving designs started in the 1970's when I saw my nan's small zipped purse that contained her jewellery, now I'm not sure whether it was the jewellery that drew me to the pattern on the purse or the beautiful mustard colour of the weave. I think that Welsh Weaving is as important to our weaving heritage as Tweed or Tartan and so hope you enjoy stitching my own Welsh design and who knows maybe it can become the start of a memory for your own family.'
